Sir, for the last question, I think that placement of Bgl 2 is incorrect as the smaller fragment between BamH1 and Bgl2 is supposed to be 1500bp but according to the placement in the answer it is coming out to be 2000bp

I would not say the positioning but scaling is off. If you look at the order, this looks fine. But the distance between the two restriction sites needs modifications. Good catch!!
