Let’s be honest. This doesn’t deliver a benefit to homeowners that existing approaches don’t already do. Most building innovations only benefit the builder’s schedule and bottom line.

Great idea .. works the the same as poured footings. Looking to get a foundation built or hav e something like this as the support columns.

You pour a floating slab and tie it to the (non-floating) concrete gradebeam with rebar. Not smart.

Only watched this to see what you were backfilling with on the opposite side

The code inspector wants to make sure the homeowner gets the best quality ? LOL 😂😆🤣 Codes are created/influenced by the insurance companies to make sure they don't have to pay the homeowner in case of a problem . They don't give a sht about the homeowner .
