One thing I find strange. What could, or would cause the new "morph" to have aspects of the face hugger? A face hugger is basically a carrier. The Xenomorphs take aspects of the host, not the carrier. Taking aspects of the face hugger doesn't make sense, because it would imply a face hugger implanting another face hugger.

The xenos skin would be ok from the acid, and it couldn't be strangled. So realistically, it would get yanked tf off. Not to mention xeno have their real head in their mouth. So nothing's getting in.

they could have completely fixed the springlock failures by just changing the design. they could just make the springlock suits in a way that the main mode is the suit mode and the suit could transform into an animatronic. this way a springlock failure can't happen in suit mode because the springlocks are ment to not allow the parts to go to their main mode but this way they are already in their main mode. the only problem is that there is a chance thta one day, while they are perfoming in animatronic mode, the springlocks could go loose and fail which would make the springlocks switch to suit mode.

This is incorrect. There is actually official canon material for this in the Aliens Book series that explains the correct results. The same book in the series also explains in great depth how traits, genes and mutations are gained. You should check the books out if you really enjoy this kind of thing. There are quite a few of them at this point.

The thing assimilates, therefore you can assume that it is capable of reading its hosts DNA. Due to this, the acid blood won't be damaging to it as it could assimilate the DNA of the xenomorph Facehugger and be resistant to the acid. Just as the facehuggers internal organs and circulation are. The thing is virtually indestructible against multicellular organisms such as us or these xenomorphs. To defeat enemies like this you need logic, humans are a little more capable in that context and we can also use that logic to figure out that fire is a very effective method on killing this thing. Then again, xenomorph might be able to smell out a mimic Xenomorph and kill it. Unfortunately, unless you burn it away it's going to keep existing and continue to try to infect. Simply by attacking it physically like a Xenomorph would, would most likely get that xenomorph infected without it knowing. Allowing it to spread it throughout its home

This would have already happened if possible, i believe the xenomorphs biology is harmful to their own that's why they seek other species to birth themselves and if their means of birth is deemed suitable it's adapted as a suitable mutation, otherwise pathogenesis is the only other option available.

Something i think is often overlooked is how untrustworthy the company is. Phone guy listed the ways to set one off and everyway bouled down to basic human functions. I have a theory its a complete lie and in fact well maintained springlocks are nearly impossible to set off. But company had those tapes recorded as a sort of way to deny responsibility.
