Aw, come on. If you do this as Dark Urge, he/she says that it's in Bhaal's name. What's the point? Was thinking about doing a failed redemption campaign after my first one. Like "I've tried to redeem myself, but there's no use, so I'll become more than Bhaal could ever be myself" Edit: also, unrelated, but that's a fine looking Dark Urge

Astarion's reaction perfectly mirrors mine. Didn't know Minthara's kiss was so... emotional and intense, perfectly matching her. I'm so used to the cute, mushy way of Karlach that it caught me off guard. All the more reason for a chaotic good dark urge run with her

That said, it's only a little detail but nice to see they addressed the whole oddity with making a thrall out of even the one who's fully on-board with your evil bloody overlord-ness. The Emperor at least has an excuse for it because he basically spends nearly his whole time in the game lying out his tentacles anyway.

MAYBE we'll get changes to these endings and an epilogue with the enthralled companions (maybe with Minthy in control of herself as your right hand) in the next patch coming out in about two months. Or new endings altogether. Mod support with a built-in tool kit is assured, so I wouldn't doubt we can get both

astarion has such cool moments, its a shame i hate rogues and think they are shit. + like half the characters i make have to kill him for RP reasons. i just struggle to see when a rogue would be better than a fighter that built for dex xd.

? Do you mean logically or gameplay wise? Rouges carefully attack weak spots what’s why the enemy needs to be distracted or the rouge has to be hiding to make big damage. Gameplay wise in both bg3 and dnd rouges are excellent utility outside of battle as they get expertise as well as being able to pack a punch in a fight. I mean it’s totally fine if you don’t enjoy them but I’d recommend tying to add 3 levels (or 4 for feat) of rouge to you next fighter and picking thief subclass for 4 attacks a turn(six with action surge) or 3 attacks and extra mobility.

@@majailindstrom rouges just deal less damage than other strikers. Multi-classing into rogue is a idea, but rouge as your main class is just bad when compared to something like a battle master fighter. And their out of combat utility is limited because outside of dc 22+ checks, just giving someone advantage + guidance is pretty much good enough and from my experience survival checks are free.

@@lolmanmagee2785 i guess, since every class is workable I just found it curious to single out rouge but I suppose it might not be the only class you dislike. Unless I’m going honor I try to play the game with as different classes, different romance companions and races every time to see the different dialogues. My first dnd pc was a rouge though so I guess most of my experience with the class is from him he was extremely fun to play.
