Omg, the bass and percussion driving this classic line-up of Heep. 72 - 74, 50 years ago!!!! They were unstoppable, putting everything into the music, the show.

The peak line up of Uriah Heep. Demons and Wizards ranks up there with the best albums of all time. Thain, Hensley, Byron, Box, and Kerslake. What a great group of musicians and songwriters.

It's sad to note that Mick Box is the only surviving member out of the five members here. I turned 15 years old in 1973 and Uriah Heep has remained my favourite group over the years.

The 70s were a grim time. Jobs left the US; young people weren't sure what to do. Music was our savior; only thing that made us feel alive and gave us hope that there was something "great" out there for us. There wasn't.
