Herrlich. Diese Gentleman sind ganz ohne hässliche und geschmacklose Tätowierungen und türkische Barber Shops ausgekommen. Na sowas.

oh dear... no wonder they all left - I think many of them are a) state school educated and b) northerners hahahahahaha 😮 "100 miles of desert" Probably near the Black Country - or nearer Salford perhaps... ?

I worked with an attorney friend if mine . He was about 80 years old and would always say he needed his shot of’ HEEP’ in the morning before heading to court. Right on Howell!

I saw Uriah Heep on Sept 15 1974 in Dallas Texas at SMU coliseum. Elvin Bishop was the background band. At this show I saw Gary Thain on bass guitar get shocked on stage and this stopped the show. I still have my collector ticket stub half. I remember Dave Byron saying they would come back and play another show. But if they did, I never saw it happen.

Like any great front man, David Byron was irreplaceable and no one could take his place. I have a lot of good memories tied to these guys. This was the year they released their live album. That was my introduction to Uriah Heep Then came the studio stuff. Magicians Birthday, Demons and Wizards, Look At Yourself, etc Today, Mick is the last man standing. Thanks guys for the great memories and the great music 👍
