Excellent tutorial, just what i needed, i already have an F600 trim and Acrypol in stock too so thanks a million! As for the sound, what do you expect from a roofing company's unit? The infomation is easily understood. Kindest

Absolute bollox fibre glass roofs we take more off than any other type nails, screws pop through it .the deck fails as it can't "breath" and absorbs all moisture from inside of building. Honestly stay clear . Once you take the skill factor away from roofing your asking for trouble.every Tom dick and Harry have been on the one days training course that's right one day and your a fibre glass roofer!!!! We use iko upxl membrane with a 30:year guarantee. Out performs this rubbish and you need to be fully skilled and approved to install it .ou won't see fibre glass on public buildings etc it's DIY crap. Joe public your being being conned

A dozen pieces of equipment for some bit of a job. How much will this cost the customer. Why is the roof leaking anyway?

You’d have to be a complete idiot to get air bubbles with a flat area

I’ve never seen that done before, wiping a new glass fibre surface with acetone, to then laminate another layer of matting on top, then walk on the surface you’ve just cleaned. !! Anybody measuring and mixing the Catalyst into resin or gelcoat should be wearing goggles, as those plastic bottles are prone to split and as you rightly said ‘keep your head back away when mixing’. Personally I think that mat should have had more resin than you put on, it looked like 450g mat. Anybody that gets air bubbles in a flat area of laminating......... shouldn’t be working with fibreglass. !! I presume that float coat comes with the wax already added.

Goggles when mixing the catalyst. Brush better than a roller. Your fibreglass mat would have been better with a feathered edge., sand over the cured resin before applying the float coat. Why in your demonstration are you being so precise with the float coat, when it looks like the whole of that demonstration roof area is yet to be float coated , why not float coat it all in one go.

16m : 30s This has to be the most hilarious interaction with an interrupting cameraman. Even more funny, is that the video was apparently uploaded without any attempt to edit the section.
