your journey is really inspiring sir, I'm a CSE student from Telangana, India (I'm currently in my 3rd year) and my dream is to work in f1 too, do you have any sugestion for students who are from a non mechanical or aerospace engineering background, where should we get started, what kind of courses can we take online and what should we purue for our masters? and are there any roles in f1 teams related to machine learning or data analytics? any suggestion from you will be highly appriciated sir, thank you

i am 16 yrs old. I wanted to become a F1 driver but i reallised that that would be impossible, however i dont want to give up the f1 dream just yet. I want to make it as an engineer there. As I am still in school I have plenty of time to yet choose in which speciality to dive into. However could you please help know what Subjects are the most important, what did you do when you were in high school?

Wow, I really admire you. I'm surprised how similar is your journey with mine, because i'm currently studying aerospace engineering (2nd year) at Chile and I pass through the motivation phase and now i'm full of proyects with a small racing car. I definitely want to reach the same goal as you, but i'm a little afraid of work in something like an helicopter company. I think i should move from Chile and go to a bigger country to work as a designer of something. Thank you really much for share to the world this journey, you really inspired me.

Hi! I’ve watched this video and your CV video as well! Both have been extremely helpful. I do have a question though. I applied for one role yesterday before seeing this video. After I applied, I saw RBR had another role I’m qualified for in the same department. Would it be bad for me to apply to that second role having a “better” CV and cover letter? After your video, I realized I had to add some points and I don’t know if it’d look bad on my end to have one application look better than the other. Thank you in advance!

i was wondering the same, what im doing/did to get closer to a motorsport job is being in a formula student team. I am currently a sponsoring team member and i love it because im getting a chance at working on a real monster of a car with no engineering background and also operating the team behind the scenes, seeing what a successful motorsports team needs for races and equipment etc. I hope to continue in a direction that takes me closer to my dream of being in a rally team:) also great video!!

Hello! How old are you when you started studying? I'm 19 years old and I'm studying aerospace engineering in Brazil, but I feel like I'll be old until I get there, since it's a long way. Is there an age preference in the teams? (I'm following your courses on Udemy, they've been helping me, especially the articles, thank you!)

Well, once you complete the course on Udemy , you should be able to get the certificate and then you can request for the models via the link available in the specific model.

Hey, Can you please make a video on your journey in MUNER, and why you chose the University and Italy specifically over the UK, and your journey afterwards to RB?
@f1aerodynamicist8 ай бұрын
Heya , would love to make this video but crunched for time. I choose Italy for financial reasons to begin with but looking back it was a good decision since I did my specialization for 2 years and really got the time to understand my subjects instead of being in a rush. The opportunity at RedBull was because that year Merc and RedBull were the only ones sponsoring a visa. Could have tried Ferrari but their process was later in the year , took the first train to the grid 😋
