When I lived in Lexington, KY I met John while he was studying for his doctorate at Asbury University.. We quickly became the best of friends and I was priveleged to have long hours of conversations with him about God, religion, the state of the world.. This man never met a stranger and I would say that if there was ever a person who truly knew Jesus personally, it was John. What a wonderful life he lived, and he and his amazing wife Glenna were absolutely spiritual rocks for many people and it did not matter whether you were homelss or a king, they welcomed your equally. His death was a loss for us all...

May HE also bless those in society who try to lay blame on others, [be they white or black] who choose to shun the Wonderful Words of Jesus, through Scripture. Only when they realize when we come to Jesus, we are all His Children. Jesus does not differentiate between nationalities or skin colour. He LOVES us all equally!!

Dear Brother Anderson, this is one of the most inspirational stories ever. Thank you for sharing how you came to know Jesus when he appeared to you in a dream in prison and reached out to you. The fact you left things that were harmful told how powerful God is - and its a testimony to anyone who is under the control of witchcraft, marihuana, alcohol or petrol sniffing. Its so clear that you left all that when you said 'Daddy God give me the good life you want me to have.' Plus you showed so clearly how God cleansed you with Jesus blood and you ae now a role model for your community and at Sunrise Health. I thank God too that Loretta your sister and your Brother in law were able to pray for you and strengthen you...I thank God He healed your back too which was damaged at a young age. What a story of hope, inspiration and victory and what a testimony to God's power, love and forgiveness.

Thank you Loretta for sharing your story. It is an amazing story of God's grace and providence. Thanks for sharing too the way you were led to ask Jesus into your life and how you forgave your Mum for leaving you and your brother. It was a heart -rendering story but one of forgiveness and of reconciliation. I was also amazed by the story of Ray your husband finding the lord when he was in the morgue and thought to be dead. It is truly a story like Lazarus passing and hen coming bac to life- only Ray hadn't quite died at that stage and the testimony he gave of seeing a Light above and finding it was Jesus is awesome. Thank God Ray then followed the Lord and that the nurse heard him cry out. You two have ministered to so many people since at Beswick. May God reward you richly. (By the way I was a Distance Ed English teacher at NTOEC and we did trips to Beswick 2003-2013 and I am pretty sure you were one of my students- or your daughter was. I remember those years well as the community church used to pray till 1 or 2am most nights which was such a testimony to you all. ...Your community was a jewel in the desert! Amen).

God needs more shepherds like you and your husband to bless the people and show them this world is not the answer - the answer is in the cross where Jesus died for all mankind. Thankyou for your sacrificial work and your words of wisdom and discernment and for being sold out for God. Very powerful words Aunty,,i was on that same road,I lost my mother when i was 4 years old,,my stepmother never kept me well even my step brothers told me that i didn't born with them,what i tell them is we born from the same father...I go through hard life but i didn't give up upon on my education,because i see my education is my future,i even ask my Principle to wash ladies loundarys to pay my school fees...From their my mother call me son and i help my brothers kids..GOD is the only way...
