I booked a vacation to Punta Cana in June last year for December and had a separated hamstring and separated shoulder in the beginning of October which needed surgery. I called them and they gave me a voucher that had to have booked by mid-June 2025 for travel this year. I will continue Physical therapy through February and can't do a trip maybe by that time. I called and they had no empathy, even the supervisor. I was looking for an extension and they wouldn't consider it. I will not use them again and don't recommend them.

Glad to give your first like for this video. Your work keeps getting better sir and I hope to see you keep gaining subscribers. I had always wondered how Viva was compared to Volaris. To me Volaris seems like a more polished airline. Again thank you for all the hours of aviation enjoyment you have given me, keep up the good work.

I flew them last summer between Cancun and Oaxaca. They were the only non-stop flying between those two cities. It was okay enough, I think the flight was less than 2 hours anyway. I'd take them again if need be.
@kseaflyer17 күн бұрын
Same honestly. It’s bearable for the 3 hours here even. If I genuinely had to get somewhere with them and it wasn’t out of my way, I would take them and just get through it

Have flown them a few times and never had too much of a problem. It's low cost and honestly you get what you pay for.

You are definitely correct that MX can't be considered an ULLC. We've flown them about 12 times now, all but two were up front in the Ascent Class (their first/business seat). The other two were in their E-190 planes CAK-PBI & don't have First Class. On those two, we were in the "Nicer" section, which includes 3" more legroom, advance seat assignment, 1 free checked bag & a carry on. Coffee, tea, & water are free in all sections of MX. In June, we flew MX from CAK-LAX for $345.00 one way in Ascent class (that includes 2 free checked bags, advance seat assignment, all drinks & individual snacks). My return flight on UA LAX-CLE in First was $856.00. CLE & CAK are only about 40 miles from each other. I'll continue to fly DL & UA, but have been very impressed with the MX product.

Yeah pretty much the whole point. Pretty much the extension of B6 most times. When I flew them back in the day their water, sodas and juices were all free. Would like to revisit them now and see how they are now.

Great video. Did you check in a bag. Were they strict with the baggage weight. Did they allow 2-3 pounds over
@kseaflyerАй бұрын
I did not check a bag. Unfortunately I would imagine if you do check a bag, most airlines would be relatively strict if your bag was a few pounds over weight.

The reason why the removed Kearney is maybe because they added the Muskegon service, and they do not have the aircraft to operate all those routes

That snack selection was nice. Some of the smaller airlines up here in AK have baskets like that. They literally go to costco to get it.

The magazine isn’t actually a printing error, holding it one way you have a regular front cover which opens for your food and beverage options, flip it over and what was the upside-down back cover has become a right-way-up front cover for the in-flight shopping/duty-free brochure. It means whether you want to buy food or perfume you don’t have to flick through the pages to find the start of the right section, they both start at the front as there is no back!

This company has been extremely disappointing. After they canceled the route between the USA and Europe, they refused to refund my $4,000 in tickets and closed my case without proper communication. I would never recommend this airline and will not be trusting them again.

Your narration skills have improved! I never flew on the jet version of this, but flew on the prop version. In fact!! I flew on Air Wisconsins very first Dornier 328. It wasnt even painted in United colors yet! We took off out of Grand Junction Colorado, and had to return on one engine shortly after takeoff. Let me tell you, that was scary! We were crabbing in for landing and I saw one airport fire truck waiting for our landing. I was a non rev, so they cancelled the flight and I didnt have much money. I ended up staying overnight at a Motel 6 if I remember correctly. Managed to make it home the next day. What a crazy first time on the plane! Flew in the 328 the next day and it was awesome.

Thanks! And that sounds awesome!! I would have been a little scared too but I trust the pilot’s judgment (flight training for my multi is gonna be fuuuuun 😂) that would have been frustrating to stay there when you’re almost broke. Sounds like me when I plan these trips and they don’t go according plan lol

Great video, much appreciate it. As much as I love the C402 the Tecnam does look much more comfortable inside. Too bad there are some issues with the aircraft that is causing Cape Air some trouble. I hope they get it fixed as the 402's are not getting younger. Tough decision with the heat as you are in the air but turning around with give you another landing and takeoff in such a fun aircraft to fly on. Ron is amazing a legend
@kseaflyer5 ай бұрын
Your support is appreciated! The 402s are kinda starting to fade so hopefully the cabin heat becomes less of an issue later on. I had some time in MBL so I could have easily afforded another take off and landing with the time I had!
