I flew them last summer between Cancun and Oaxaca. They were the only non-stop flying between those two cities. It was okay enough, I think the flight was less than 2 hours anyway. I'd take them again if need be.

Same honestly. It’s bearable for the 3 hours here even. If I genuinely had to get somewhere with them and it wasn’t out of my way, I would take them and just get through it

Have flown them a few times and never had too much of a problem. It's low cost and honestly you get what you pay for.

Most ultra low cost carriers like this are generally identical overall as far as the flight experience goes

my family and i flied this airline for years, it isn´t that bad, is just because it´s a low cost airline
