Wow Valorie, what a great segment! I found this video by searching for "catastrophobia". Looking back I've suffered with this my entire life. Ironically it made me excellent at my job, which was project management. I was always able to think of all the possible negative scenarios and mitigate the risks to successfully deliver many projects. Unfortunately this same trait spilled over into my personal life and I catastrophized about everything! I tried to balance this with my faith which told me to trust in the Lord, but this was so difficult for me. I do believe that we need to handle things on both a spiritual and emotional level. Your suggestions were very enlightening and very helpful.

Valorie, strange question - Saw that you consistently share insane value, and being a Psychology Student I admire that. Guessing you want to stay top-of-mind with your audience and get more people onto The Coaching Program during this Holiday Season. Have you ever wanted someone to plan + write your emails for you? Happy to send an example email if you're interested. Cheers, Tipu Khan (Strategic Email Copywriter)

I'm so happy I made the best decisions by having a good investment, Recently I was able to acquire my third house even as a single mom at 42 and I believe if things keep going well I would retire early.

As a beginner in this, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Jihan Wu is my trade analyst, he has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.

This is probably one of the best explanations, differentiating between mentoring, counselling and coaching. Thank you. I want to be able to do all, because at the workplace, we have people at different stages and places. Knowing when to use what, is very useful.

Your mom sounds like me, lmao I have thoughts like that! I had to break them off because I realized it brought about unnecessary fear and thoughts. eg: when waiting to cross the street I'd never stand Infront of people next thing they push me in the street in front of an upcoming vehicle LOL. Heck, sometimes in my mind I saw myself running in front of an upcoming vehicle. I also understood that those thoughts were self sabotaging and my subconscious mind really trying to show me we have an error in coding, abort ship. LOL Something is wrong and I need to deal and heal.

I like your video in the first 5 seconds. I know when I like somen. I wouldn't see work as over compensation. Some people go for big things. Some small. I know what I'm doing. I guess I just wanna know im not the only woman over achiever out here or hard worker. And I just wish for more buisness woman around then "soft girls", where's my fellow workin gals. I feel like there's no one to talk to with out jealousy involved lately. I did not even know there is positive psychology how cool!! Wow Maxwell!! ❤ Your husband us a pilot how cool. Do you remember how to fly a plane?!! Man I come from a laid back military family and my father's made me stop the tradition enlisting at me and I'm mad at them for that but thank you for your services how truly impressive!!
