For me it is! Theres some round the UK but the NEC fair tends to be the best one that I go to If youre gonna get caught up in buying things then it can get pricey but to me I treat it as a little trip as almost going to a museum and seeing all the stuff thats there

@BigTaffMan I've been collecting for years now and just not got round to actually going to a collectors fair, I used to live fairly close too the NEC. I've sold all my old vintage stuff from my youth except a few things, 14 or 15 years ago now maybe longer but some things I wouldn't mind trying to get again I miss the old Bull Ring market, and various other places in Brum. I see a lot of high eBay prices, which puts me off as I don't have that sort of expendable income especially as I just lost my job @ Smyth's toys.

For me part of the attraction is the memories it unlocks. You can spend a lot, but I started doing a thing where I buy a Donatello figure every show and I look for a cheap one, so I can have a shelf of all random Donatello figures. Its kinda my little fun thing now. But seeing toys like Manta Force that I'd forgotten about since I was a kid is amazing. This fair is run by BP Fairs, and their next NEC fair is Sunday 13th April, but they do ones all round the UK. The NEC one tends to be the best one tho, I can spend 3-4 hours walking round it, I was a bit late to this one and in a rush, two days later I went to Stafford Toy Fair (also run by BP) and spent only an hour or so there (video coming soon haha)

Always depends on what I see! Had the Rocky collection a while so couldnt believe I saw that ring, its been such a long wait. The muppets has been a collection I started recently and the prices seemed decent for what Ive seen Kind of now in a between collections phase.... which means I need to start some new ones haha
