How is it possible to have over 1 hour in the game and not play a public server??

We've mainly played on private servers run by people within the twitch communities that we've played on while streaming on Twitch that have had more of a focus on building cool stuff and doing rp style play. Public servers have always seemed a scary place, and given that within 4 minutes of us being in the server that someone in game said a very bad slur word it makes sense that we havent roamed on them on a live stream before. Its been nice to dip a toe in for this tho!

@@BigTaffMan When I used to play it I always tended to think of it as my group vs a island full of mostly murderous criminals and degenerates, once you are embrace/roleplay with that and accept it for what it is its mostly ok imo. The part I find most annoying is finding a good group that work together with no one in it that melts down, ragequits or engages in general bad behavior when things go south.
