I have the hand held press. Ordered the 14 mm die set and using 14mm rivets. The cap (top) of each one i have set so far has a dent in it. How do I prevent this?

I'm using a 16" snap on a satin ribbon. When I press it, taking the rubber tip off the tool, it flatten the pointed snap really well, , but it falls off after being snapped together. If I don't flatten the pointed tip, with the rubbe tip on the tool, the snaps wont close. What am I doing wrong? thank you

There are only 2 pieces to the hole punch dies -- the top piece and the bottom piece. Insert them into the press, place your fabric between the dies, and press down.

Plastic snap removal dies are fitted for size 20 snaps but works with other sizes with manual centering.
