I have the hand held press. Ordered the 14 mm die set and using 14mm rivets. The cap (top) of each one i have set so far has a dent in it. How do I prevent this?

Mine are punching right through. Followed all the steps and the long part is going right through the metal when applying the pressure.is this normal?
