A melodic death metal opera about a man who throws away his family, his love, and his home, in pursuit of power, wealth, and glory... only to realize that no matter how powerful he was, how much gold he had, and how much glory he earned, none of it was as satisfying as the life he'd abandoned. it's genuinely just a beautiful song.
