If you prefer to add a young puppy or fullbred pug, you can do a search online for reputable breeders by going through your nation's kennel club website and your nation's pug club organization's website. Be sure to ask tons of questions of any individual who breeds pugs. For example, ask for health guarantees, health testing results from the parents, and be sure to get a written agreement. Good luck with your search to add a pug as a new family member.

We have successfully bathed our expectant mommas with no complications. We generally bathe our dogs between 1-3 times per month. Q. Is it advisable to cut her nails? She super doesnt like it as she has a bad experience about it before but her nails are too long I am afraid it may affects her babies when she's moving so hard while I am cutting her nails 🥺 A. We always AVOID cutting our expectant mommas' nails to keep from causing them any stress. We do, however, trim their nails the day after they give birth. Q. Lastly, is it advisable to walk her for the last week of her pregnancy (this confused me as breeder said to walk her outside but I have read some of the article not to do so). A. Our expectant mommas enjoy and benefit from short, leisure walks during pregnancy. We follow their cues to stop the walk when they want to or if they seem to be getting tired. Likewise, the AKC Marketplace can also be a source of information, of course, be sure to certify that the breeders are, in fact, both knowledgeable, experienced, and reputable since anyone can advertise with the AKC if they have papered dogs. As a general rule, we personally only fly with our pugs when the weather is forecasted to be 75 degrees Fahrenheit or less during take-off and landing. This is because the airplane can get quite warm during the waiting periods for take-off and disembarking from the airplane. We also select late night flights that allow us to utilize the cooler temperatures during take-off and landing when necessary. Best of luck for your move.
