I like a lot of this theory, but the biggest hole in it is Roger actually did make it there and saw the treasure while learning the true history of the world that's the entire reason he is the King of the pirates my guy. I do recall something, but I do not remember all of the details. In essence Roger and his crew made it to lodestar and thought it was laughtale at first, I don't remember exactly, but I do seem to remember it took like 2 more years for them to actually find the real laughtale after that. When they found it, they were too early. The entire crew laughed. I think because of all the shit they had been thru was for nothing, their cpt was dying they laughed out of desperation, they couldn't do anything but laugh. Lol, idk for real. I do find it fucked up they had just learned the story of the old kingdom flooding the world, a world War in which the govt wins, Imu is sitting on the throne and their reaction next is laughing hysterically enough to name it that. I've been saying for quite some time now that the one piece is under reverse mountain. Reverse mountain looks like an X with a circle. X marks the spot. But laugh tale is under the water of reverse Mountain its why Roger had trouble finding it. He went around in circles trying to find it. I believe Roger is a descendant of one of Joy Boys crew. He had a log of Joy Boys adventures and journeys plus the straw hat. The log told him where to look but not where it was or how to get it. I believe the One Piece was never obtain because to get it you need a certain laugh to open a passage, a wall or a chest. Like open sesame! But with a distinct laugh. There was probably some ancient writing. That spoke of a boy with the name D, that had a dream that was greater than any others, who would encourage others to follow their dreams, who ate the dream fruit and would be the most free. Roger would know its not him but maybe his soon to be child or another who would be this child it spoke of. But he would not live to see the One Piece treasure obtained. But he died with a smile anouncing to the world that it exist because he knew that someday that somebody would retrieve it. And his will, wish, or dream would be fulfilled. Dreams live on even after death. The Nika fruit was not a devil fruit but the first fruit a dream fruit. Aka Nika was Cain from the bible. The first son of Adam and Eve. Your Imagination is at its peak and you're most free when you dream. It's Luffys laugh that will open it and he'll ultimately find the One Piece. This is just some My theories and this isn't the first time I've heard this theory of reverse mountain.

One issue i have is the poneglyphs could be found at anytime, so as cool as this sounds i don't think it's true. I think the reason Roger says he came too early is because you need an awakened Nika fruit user to access the One piece treasure. Or you need that and at least 2 "D clan members" to access the treasure. Remember Roger was the only "D clan member" aboard his ship. So the "We came to early" could mean, If i already had a son we could've gotten the one piece. Think about it, Roger asked Shanks to give his son the Nika fruit, that's one end of the deal that is needed. And who did Roger ask to look after his son, Monkey "D" Garp. This would make sense, Joyboy would need a fail safe that the right person would be able to collect the one piece. Thus someone whom the Nika fruit has chosen. I agree that Laughtale is under the reverse mountain, but in my eyes, only someone who speaks to the sea kings can be taken there. Just think about it, where did Joyboy leave the Poneglyphs? Fishman island - Poseidon's birthplace. You would need approval from the fishman who are against helping humans. This would take a special individual to have them accept him. Zou - A near impossible place to locate, you would need the trust of the Minks and the Daimyo of Wano to locate it. Again the trust of people who are against the WG. Only a pirate could gain their trust. Wano - You would need the trust of the Daimyo of Wano in order to access the poneglyphs and, also to be able to read the Poneglyph's and, speak with Zunesha + understand how to get to Zou. 4th Poneglyph: We do not yet understand where this poneglyph was originally. But i can bet you it was originally on Elbaph before Big Mom stole it. All of these places are not affiliated to the WG. 2 have ancient weapons, 2 have characters that have the voice of all things, 1 can read poneglyph's. One is impossible to get to unless you know someone who has been there. The other will be Elbaph or in a sky island above Elbaph. Which is near impossible to reach. Joyboy hid the Poneglyph's in area's that only someone like himself could ever be able to reach. Roger couldn't reach Laughtale without Oden, Roger couldn't get the One piece without Nika. Only someone who claims the one piece can surpass Roger, since that is the only thing left to be claimed.

WHY is the time so relevant to laugh tale, why was roger to early? I see now that they could've reached the island before it appears, but were too early to do something about the current state of affairs in which the world is in now. I have been wondering why Imu just hides in the castle, but if they have some kind of disease or are worried about contracting one, it would make a lot of sense because maybe disease is the one thing that can kill an immortal and why diseases have been so heavily researched and weaponized

great theory. though i think the previous and current sovereign's are joyboy and the mermaid princess not joyboy and the nefetari princess. the sea kings say its 10 years until our sovereign will be born basically saying one of them is shirahoshi and we can assume luffy is the other one born in a distant sea
