You really cannot trust silhouettes, they are never the same as the actual reveal (look at Loki's reveal) so it's still very possible that Imu could be a man or woman. If Imu is a woman, then Sanji is going to be an issue because he wont let Luffy hurt a woman, so Im not totally convinced. I definitely agree that Imu probably framed the Great Kingdom, but Im not sure Imu took Lili's body. The only time Imu could have done that would have been after she spread the poneglyphs (some theories are that she used the paw paw fruit which if true would mean she did die). If that's true, wouldnt Imu have known Lili betrayed the World Government. I'm not against this theory, but Im not 100% sold. Either way, I enjoy all One Pieces theories.
