What three great talents. Always loved Mimi Kennedy, especially on Homefront - what a fine character actor. I also remember her from The Two of Us, a fun show that was kind of a precursor to Who’s the Boss and had a really good cast.

It just dawned on me that with the personal interaction between Ellen and Debbie back stage, this format is reminiscent of The Muppet Show.

Marjorie is very wise and makes a lot of valid points. Although her advice doesn't always work it works sometimes. Marjorie wanted to give it time before moving on. Christy not so much she does tend to jump into relationships and what not. Plus Christy has gotten into a few fights with Marjorie and Jill and Tammy. Christy needs to be more understanding. Also she shouldn't ask for Marjorie's advice if she really doesn't want it.

I went to AA and NA for years. I was a chronic relapse. I wasn’t ready to quit. In the end I couldn’t stop drinking. I started at 8 a.m. and drank through the day until I went to bed. Then I would wake up in the middle of the night with tremors and palpitations. After detox I was back at it. God did for me what I couldn’t do for myself. I had a major stroke. I haven’t had a drink since.

Love both of you SOOOO much!!! You were both wonderful in your roles on MOM. Sadly, when that show started...I found it to be a bit too raunchy for my tastes, so I only started watching the re-runs lately. The writing was exceptionally funny....but now, if it gets to be "too out there" I turn the channel. I hope life is treating you both wonderfully. God bless.

Mimi Kennedy ("Just Friends," it was a Stockard Channing show ("Grease"); "Dance Fever" (Mimi was a special guest judge; Denny Terio hosted that show; Doris Winger for "Spencer"(mid 1980's); "Mom" (I thought that this was a funny CBS sitcom; co-created by Chuck Lorre): Allison Janney, Anna Faris, Mimi (Kennedy), Beth Hall) & Jaime Pressly); 'Dharma and Greg"); Ellen Foley (who helped with the vocals for Meatloaf's "Bat Out Of Hell" album, way back when in 1977); Debbie Allen ("Good Times," "The Love Boat;" "Fame"/also producer; the "Cosby Show," the "Cosby Show" spin-off "A Different World"), Bob Hope ("The Tonight Show" (with Johnny Carson); those "USO" Tours, all around the world) and Carol Burnett ("The Carol Burnett Show"), Florence Henderson (Ms. Brady ("The Brady Show'), Mimi Kennedy ("Just Friends," it was a Stockard Channing show ("Grease"); "Dance Fever" (Mimi was a special guest judge; Denny Terio hosted that show; Doris Winger for "Spencer"(mid 1980's) = Historical icons, in the SAME show. (A.C. Nielsen (tv box) ratings GOLD !) This show. I have never heard of it. It seemed to be like so much fun, for these trio of ladies who did it. I wonder if it lasted 1 season or got cancelled. I wonder if it got released on videotapes (VHS/BetaMAX), you remember those video stores (Blockbuster Video, Hollywood Video; CVS Pharmacy video rentals, or your neighborhood mom and pop stores (with the special "Adults Only" section) ? Great upload by Miss (Mimi) Kennedy. The 1970's were some great/groovy moments; it was a different but simpler time, man.

An excruciatingly tacky move on Taylor’s part to barge in like that. A choreographed grand entrance, no less. She obviously wanted to get re-involved with Burton, and had an informant on the payroll 🙄. I hope that Susan Hunt returned to their table with her head held high. She was a stunning woman. Burton’s last wife, too, was a class act.
