For me, Mimi Kennedy is the beating heart of this show and the number one reason why it works.

I love seeing Bonnie check up on Marjorie! Even though she gives her a hard time, you know she cares. Plus it shows how much she’s grown. Testament to the program

Personally I think Christy is better with Nora. Even when some of them have taken her advice it doesn't always. I'm happy that at least they acknowledge just because someone gives you advice doesn't mean it's gonna work

Sometimes your not going to take advice or not going to seemingly go with advice even if you sought it out (And that can be hard , and possibly hurtful) But Maybe Maybe Sometimes it is something You can Still Draw on for perspective and knowing you Can talk with each other ❤❤

@joanofarcproductions5211 The cable TV channels CMT _and_ Nickelodeon ("Nick@Nite") *both* air reruns of 'Mom'. I realize you were _probably_ referring to _new_ episodes (like if the series was still on the air), but wanted to let you know the show (reruns) is still on TV. I absolutely _love_ this show. 💗

Marjorie is very wise and makes a lot of valid points. Although her advice doesn't always work it works sometimes. Marjorie wanted to give it time before moving on. Christy not so much she does tend to jump into relationships and what not. Plus Christy has gotten into a few fights with Marjorie and Jill and Tammy. Christy needs to be more understanding. Also she shouldn't ask for Marjorie's advice if she really doesn't want it.

Does anyone remember when Marjorie gave a very serious, motivational speech from the podium at an AA meeting about hitting rock bottom - she uses the words not yet a few times. It's very serious and not funny. I need to find this to share with somebody.

This is a good show and I miss Christy. The characters are complex. Bonnie is a psychopath. She is a truly horrible person. She lies so much. She does whatever she wants and hurts people and is so manipulative. I know people like her, but I have never seen a show with a person like this. And I think about the alternative reason why she does things that seem like she cares The fact that they gave her a husband is nuts. But, showing how Christy destroyed all her possible men is really good. She puts everything before the men And she doesn't really want to have a guy, and she finds way to make sure she doesn't have a man. Jill not having a guy, that is interesting too Poor Wendy, I wish they would give her a lesbian partner Actually it would be great if Wendy would tell Jill that she has feelings for her and Jill agreeing that she has feelings for her and they start dating.
