it costs at least 2.5 $ to make a basic sandwich with 20g protein and 500 calories. I need 2400 calories a day. Gallon of milk is 5$ and only 1600 calories. In order to be not a beta male you gotta eat home food for minimum 10$ a day, cook it, clean after. If you eat out for the same goal it would be tripple. But if you wanna avoid all the poison that america didn't ban yet, when europe did, the prices become unbearable. We live to survive to live for another month.
