The thing is a consistent low frame rate is better than a frame rate that goes high middle drops radomly although your getting higher average fps it worse than a consistent low fps like 60fps stable continuously vs 120 fps that drops to 60 or even sometimes slightly below 60 and sometimes slightly higher than 120.when its consistent you have a feeling for it your already use to it but as soon as it drops there will be lag and high input delay you might freeze for a quarter of a second or less during the frame drops

Shii i have always played on 60hz and low ends pc's and was cracked[meaning am good but ill lose to a player that can build and edit very well or players that rush fast cause the game frame time is to high it has a delay thats probably why am like huh how did i die i knew i pressed the button probable because of the high frame time causing input delay also and most likely has a atleast 120hz screen and who knows how much fps their getting compared to mine. although its limiting my potential i have fast reflexes i feel the hardware holding me back the delay the responsive is not 100%there does not feel real time and my ping is always around 85 in game i feel like i have so much potential that is being capped by the 60hz and pc that barely gets 60fps on average ,i think if i went to 120hz and got decent pc i would literally be 2x better with 120hz but to 120hz to 240hz would most likely make me play slighty better and from 240hz to 360hz would most likely be negligible in player performance increase since 240hz is already ridiculously fast hz for someone who mostly played 60hz literally 4x as quick .
