It's got more content then Diablo, better RPG elements and the encounters are way more interesting. D4 is really bland overall. PoE's average boss is better then D4s best one. And you haven't got to worrying about pirating stuff. Everyday the D4R Reflection servers run the risk in being taken down and you loose everything. I would give PoE a try and see what you think. It's on steam. But if you really don't like it you could try D4R.

Since not all private servers do this like Battlefield, Minecraft and Team Fortress. I would say Reflection Network could be considered a crack. Or atleast a cracked server. Although I hope it doesn't get shut down. D4R actually makes Diablo IV not completely trash. They are making their own custom improvements to the game and less of a bland, grind fest. Making the encounters and dungeons more enjoyable. But personally I still think Path of Exile is better. But I mite give D4R another go in future.

I played Cracked version and its realy not good now its playable but with so much bugs and not working side quest and not working NPCs its like beta but 100% of game. Repacks are a thing. You have to create a localized server to host the game image on but it's not magic. WoW private servers are just repacks hosted on localized servers that are made accessible. I used to play single player WoW on my own localized non public server
