Sir high court mai appeal case chl raha hai mact death claim ka july month se ...Sir 23 no aaya tha file ka phr bi no nhi aya court mai ..humne 50 percent payment nikalne ki application bi lgayi h nov month se but sir application bi nhi lg rhi na number aa rha court mai to kya kre jisse file no aa jaye ja half payment release ho ske

Sir ji mact death case mai insurance company ne registery mai claim award deposited Kraya ha ..but unhone 2 lakh ka tds deduct krke deposit kraya ha.hamra 27 lakh bnta ha unhone 25 kraya ha ..ab tds vapis kaise claim kre hmari toh other income hi nhi ha ?

You need to get TDS certificate from insurance company, then file claim for return in income tax department, for getting TDS certificate you may file execution in court or otherwise directly send letter to insurance company

No if TDS is deducted you have right to get the TDS certificate, remember you can claim the TDS only in 1 financial year

Sir insurance company ne appeal file ki ha high court mai.high court ne award deposit krne ko bola tha insurance company ko toh unhone award deposit kra diya ha registry mai last month toh ab uss amount pr humko interest milega age case aage 1 ja 2 sall chlega appeal ka? Because unhone aise open hi deposit kraye h fd nhi bnayi toh kya kre hum ki agr case defend Krna ho appeal ka uske sath interest bi mile jbtk high court ki final judgment ni aati?

It's depend on high court most of the courts releases the amount at the end with interest, you need to confirm from your advocate

सर मेरा 10 साल से चेक बानस का केश चल रहा था वो केश मे हार गया हारने की वजह ये रही की बेंक ने जो चेक के सात मेमो दिया उस मै बैंक की सील तो लगी है पर उसमे बैंक कार्मचारी के सीघ्नेच नही तो Cort ने मेरा केश खारिज कर दिया इसमे मेरी तो कोई गलती नही है ना ये तो Bank की गलती हुई ना तो क्या मे एेसे मै क्या Bank के खिलाफ कानुनी करवाई कर सकता हु Bank की इस गलती की वजह से मै 10 सालो तक कोर्ट के चकर कटता रहा मानसिक अौर शारीरक रूप से पीडित हुआ पैसो की बार्बादी हुई

Sir agr mact case mai jiski death Hui ha bo bachelor ha aur uski mother already widow ha 2 person uske upr dependant the uski mother aur minor brother toh usme 1/3 personal living expenses cut hoga ja 50 percent maine apki claim calculation vali video watch ki h usme apne 1/3 bola h toh bo konsa rule se ha ja konse case se liya gya ha ?

There is judgement of supreme court Sarala Verma vs Delhi Transport, in which it is held that if the deceased was bachelor and having minor sibling the deduction will be 1/3. You can search judgement in Google by name of judgment

Sir hamara accident 2021 me hua tha mere husband ko 5 facture leg me huye the 4 months totally bed pe rahe the muje chahere par 20 tanke aaye the activa hamara vehicle tha ladke ne wrong side achanak aakar takkar mari thi us ladake ke pas kisi aur ka vehicle tha uske pas license bhi nahi case chal raha he ab insurance company hame 5 lakh dekar samajauta karna chahati he kya hame karna chahiye hamne 25 lakh ka claim kiya tha.. Mere husband Amul fed dairy me manager he me government teacher hu plz give suggestion
