sir ji cheq bounce date 20aug legal notice sent date 20sept notice reaceiving date 25sept now aange ka kya process ha sir usne abhi tak rupy nahi diye ye meri real situation ha please help

You can file the complaint under 138 of NI act within one month from receipt of notice
