Hi Stu. I've been on Income based JSA for 7 years now, but have just been forced onto UC. Am going through the process now, but I'm really worried they'll lower my benefits as I was on enhanced JSA due to my physical problems (I have severe osteoarthritis in my neck, shoulder and spine.) I have a lot of trouble walking, and standing for any real length of time, and I recently sold my car as I don't feel safe driving it due to my illness. I now have a mobility scooter. Am really worried this is all going to blow up in my face. I have an OT assessment which is on a PDF file, but if the forms are paperwork and I don't have a printer, how do I get the form/s to the UC people? Does it sound to you like I may get some assistance?

Hello I’m wheelchair bound currently get EESA ,can I just clarify if these WCA form videos are different too the form for changing too universal credits, I’ve just received my letter too migrate too UC , and I’m a bit confused as is this the format in these videos I need too fill out or is it different. I letter today Stuart saying that they’ve not had my questionnaire back. It’s been 10 days. I called them and I put a note on my journal to tell them that I’ve got proof receipt from the post office that it was sent. But it wasn’t recorded just proof of postage. What a nightmare all the hard work I’ve put into it.

Why are we rolling over and taking it? We do not have to, we can fight them on it. I think we need to because its getting to the point where peoples lives are at risk, and in some cases people are starving, dying from being left to languish in pain, depression and poverty because of this system they've created - its disgusting. Enough is enough isnt it? How do we use the laws of this country to our advantage? Are there any lawyers who are prepared to help the sick, disabled and elderly pro-bono to protect their human rights as citizens? If they start to really hurt the communities they purport to serve they are not serving us, they are working against us. Its becoming obvious these leaderships are incapable of understanding those which they serve. I'm so beyond believing that the current governments any different as they serve the same masters - the billionaires and the corporate interests of self made dictatorial entities who work silently behind the scenes to maintain control and emass wealth from you thats where it goes. Not to people who put them there. Its apparent we no longer matter beyond lip service and excuses of fraud to victomize the assumed weakest in society. Micromanaging us like children. Control that is the aim. To control you like a aheep dog does to sheep. Herd you to an early....fill in the blank. I rest my case...I believe we need to bring one a landmark one against the state...xx

The voucher scheme is stupid. Its going to cause more admin and is open to fraud. If it was on a pre paid card that would make more sense.

For people who are visually impared are they aware of the location of the box and where it has to be moved to. Are there any objects in the way that would make it unsafe.

There was a lot of useful stuff there. Btw, keep in mind that people watching at higher playback speeds will pull the average watchtime down. It tracks the real time, not the video time. So someone watching a 30 minute video at 2x speed will only show 15 minutes of watchtime, despite having watched the full video. You mentioned this was a longer video, so I just wanted to give you a heads up for the stats on this one in case you don't tend to make longer vids.

Dont forget that these benefit centres are actually call centres, more priority is given to answering calls rather than processing cases on the system. The more people phone in with petty queries the more time is wasted for the staff to actually process the cases

Hello. Have you published any information for persons in receipt of PIP being migrated to UC? My wife has been in receipt of PIP for ten years, I am her carer, and she has a blue badge. It looks like she has got to go through the LCW form. Can you offer any guidance.
