Hello I’m wheelchair bound currently get EESA ,can I just clarify if these WCA form videos are different too the form for changing too universal credits, I’ve just received my letter too migrate too UC , and I’m a bit confused as is this the format in these videos I need too fill out or is it different. Hope that makes sense many thanks

Hi Stu, i am about to start to tackle this form and had a quick question do i "have" to use all CAPS for the form if doing it digitally or is lower case fine? Dont want a rejection due to lower case used. (Will be filling all the form in digital and then printing two copies, 1 for myself and 1 to send them) Thank You for these videos they are helping
