I am having the same problem. They support es mierda. You have to have the tools and do it yourself, locate the issue and the solution and install the part. The worst kaka tech support ever. I would never buy this brand again, and you should be aware. Stay away from this people

I learned how to make arroz con calamares from one of your videos when our favorite Puerto Rican Restaurant closed in San Diego. No other restaurant makes it so I was forced to learn. LOL. I'm Puerto Rican, married to a formerly Jewish man who still won't eat pork. Can I make this recipe without ham? Or can I substitute turkey ham? I also use sodium free chicken bouillon and parboiled rice. Should I use regular white rice for better results?
