I tried this pork stew once before when I use to work in Queens NEW YORK was out of this world. I had with the pork,red peppers,potatoes,onions over yellow rice was out of this world. I saw you making it I tried it myself just as you made but I put the pork chops,red peppers,potatoes,onions,beer and all the spices like you did and red wine it came out or sum over yellow rice.
