Dude fucking HATES glitchless runs. GDC classifies "intended" game mechanics as " ". I left that space blank because they don't determine what "glitchless" means. It's not a modifier that can cause a lawsuit, and so they don't rly care. They leave it up to the organizer and the speedrunner to determine what lines they want to stand on and to communicate with each other what a "glitch" in a given game really is. So what we are seeing here is a glitchless runs where there are no "major" glitches allowed, like clipping solid objects, going out of bounds, teleporting, and otherwise abusing game mechanics that were not intended by the developers. All of these are very subjective, and it seems that the organizers and the runner did not communicate very well before this run, and so they chose to have drama in front of a live audience. | Both of them are dweebs, but one of them is very good at speedrunning. The first sign something was wrong was when the guy started the game on easy difficulty.
