Ours 5 preset buttons have stopped responding, then intermittently all buttons including the power button stops responding. Doing a reset as per your video turns it off but just back to the state where the 5 preset buttons don’t work but everything else does. Any ideas???

My is a 2014 and it won’t startup with these steps.

Thanks for this detailed Video. In My setup, Front Right/Lift/Centre speakers are working fine but Surround Speakers not detected while connecting to TV. While connecting Radio, all speakers working with ( Surround right and left also) but only facing while connecting TV, Showing disabled in setup menu also. Please help and suggest

Hi, I have Yamaha RX-V485. I am facing a issue where Receiver doesn't connect to the router in the 'wired' mode at all. It does connect to the router in the 'wireless' mode, but the connection is unstable. I have done some basic checks, such as faulty cable, router ports, etc. All seem fine as other devices when connected do not have any issue. Any thoughts what could be the issue and how can I fix it? My TUNER 2 will no longer turn on. I've disassembled and can't see anything visually wrong. Battery tests at 4.16v on my multimeter. Any obvious things to check or try before re-assembling and crossing fingers? Are there any common issues with these things? Cheers

My RX-750 stopped outputing any sound from any source. Did restore via internet. Now spotify of CD works, but others have decorder off. With the instructions above it is only showing INIT....CANCEL and not ALL. Would much appreciate help. Is there no old days setting?

Yamaha RX-V675 Before I watched this video from Shane, I was seeing over 150+ “DECODER OFF”errors, watched this video, followed directions, but it’s back to numerous dropped audio signals. Very frustrating! Never used to do this! (I checked TOS, It’s working) Any other bright ideas, to help this frustrating problem? What’s the point in having a receiver, only to not get the constant 7.2 surround experience? Back to Samsung TV Speakers! Do I need to do this “reset,” more than once?Thanks, for any help!
