In fact, there are two chargers that can automatically make this switch: the Pulsar PRO 3ph and the Pulsar ABL 3ph. Both of these chargers are capable of switching from 3ph to 1ph.

It is important you contact wallbox service department. Could be that if you have pulsar max the power meter is another one that works with it. There are a large number of chargers

Software is included, but it requiere an accessory that is the meter

@@imuluer Commander 2 has more technology included as full color touch screen, Ethernet port, RFID reader, option of 4G as long as few more technical capabilities. About consumption of the charger, each user can see how much has been charged from its own side, as long as watch all the consumptions of the charger. Dear Larry, with the information you are providing is a bit complicate to understand what could be the reason. Those products, if you bought from Walllbox, you have warranty for the stablished period (2 years before last year, and 3 years now). It is possible that even if the energy flows through the charger, the meter stopped working and Power Boost is not any longer available. Please check with our Service department, share the serial number and i strongly suggest you connect to Internet that charger. Hope it could help

I have contacted the company that I bought my car from in Nigeria here and who installed the Wallbox charger along with the meter as a complete package less than 2 years ago. I just hope that they will be responsible enough to replace the faulty meter for me.

It is hard to know from here, there is a form to ask a support , you need give serial number to them in order to know. Update the charger, and if it is updated is possible is not well connected.

It is possible to do Power sharing (load balancing) with 2 units (doesn't matter the unit as long is Smart), 32A it is enough for charging, and if you want to do Dynamic Load balancing between 2 chargers and the house the limitation is around 300m distance and above. The unique issue is you must pay for the Standard account to activate it.

Dear Sololane, mostly all the function like schedules, current selector, changing consumption and sesiones, unlock chargers so on, are included in Pulsar standard, what is not included is Load balancing, wifi, and Dynamic charging

Load balancing (power sharing) is sharing the power available between several charge points. Of course, those solutions can be merged and the result is Dynamic Power Sharing (Dynamic load balancing)
