What can you do when the wallbox doesn't see the meter. The right connections are made using an stp cable but the wallbox doesn't see a mid meter. Can we measure something to find out what is wrong?

It is important you contact wallbox service department. Could be that if you have pulsar max the power meter is another one that works with it. There are a large number of chargers

Sadly you don't show how to install the cat5e cable properly into the wallbox. It should get it's own sealing rubber grommet (from the back).

Hello, the EM112 carlo gavazzi meter installed with my EV charger has stopped displaying any data, and it is not communicating with the charger, but I am still able to charge the car. So power must be passing through the meter to the charger. Please guide me on what I can do to restore the display and communication with the charger.

Dear Larry, with the information you are providing is a bit complicate to understand what could be the reason. Those products, if you bought from Walllbox, you have warranty for the stablished period (2 years before last year, and 3 years now). It is possible that even if the energy flows through the charger, the meter stopped working and Power Boost is not any longer available. Please check with our Service department, share the serial number and i strongly suggest you connect to Internet that charger. Hope it could help

I have contacted the company that I bought my car from in Nigeria here and who installed the Wallbox charger along with the meter as a complete package less than 2 years ago. I just hope that they will be responsible enough to replace the faulty meter for me.

Hi, I installed the Pulsar Plus Wallbox with EM112 counter in my house. But when I activate Eco-Smart, it says "Waiting for clean energy", even though the PV is producing 6 kW and the house is consuming 0.3 kW. How could I solve? Thank you

It is hard to know from here, there is a form to ask a support , you need give serial number to them in order to know. Update the charger, and if it is updated is possible is not well connected.

Wallbox, the PFB version of the EM112 meter which was sent to me by your company is not working for Eco-Smart charging, and your support team do not seem to have any proof that the PFB version works for Eco-Smart. Please you people need to fix this problem because several people are complaining about the same thing online.

​@@kitesurfschool Power boost is dynamic charging. Means to decrease the power consumption of the EV automatically for avoiding black out. Load balancing (power sharing) is sharing the power available between several charge points. Of course, those solutions can be merged and the result is Dynamic Power Sharing (Dynamic load balancing)
