The truth is Nicotine is NOT addictive... It's molecularly close to caffeine. Nicotine is however habit forming. Vaping save's lives.

30 years later, new scientists find that nicotine (not cigarettes necessarily) are not addictive AND they are an antidote to Covid-19, Alzheimer's and Parksinsons disease. We live in strange times!

This guy has been "going to quit" for years now. And I hope he comes up with some new motivational material besides marching around yelling "Don't! Give up! On Yourself! EVER!" I think there's more to motivational speaking than this.

This video is at least a year old. Did this idiot ever quit? Anyone can say they're "gonna quit". You need to remove this commercial; it completely debunks everything you're pushing, to encourage people to quit smoking; EVERYTHING!!!

P.S. I quit nine years ago, cold turkey; no help from anyone; and, I smoked for over three decades. I got no sympathy for those who "are gonna.. ", blah-blah-blah. Tell Mitch, he's a lousy human-being.

They're such stereotypical corporate mouthpieces. This could easily have been a Monty Python sketch, with everyone reaching for their cigarettes at the end and desperately looking around for a light.

Tobacco Free Florida seems like a good idea and worthy cause but they like to play games with race and gender in their commercials on social media. First, there's no such thing as BIG TOBACCO targeting black people. Tobacco companies have completely diversified to include other businesses many decades ago. They think blacks can't think for themselves. Also VAPING, swapping a white gay male cheerleaders voice with the picture of a black man. Then swapping a black males voice with a picture of the gay white male cheerleader. Surely smoking and now vaping may not be healthful habits but it affects ALL races and gender. BIG TOBACCO IS NOT TARGETING BLACK PEOPLE BECAUSE THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS BIG TOBACCO ANYMORE.

I am very glad that smoking is looked down upon now. It’s society. My favorite person on this planet died from emphysema. My grandma. She was on oxygen a few years before she passed. She had a lit cigarette in every room of her home at all times. I am now 54 and I quit smoking a year and a half ago. I am very proud of myself, but I am also short of breath and coughing a lot of times because I smoked for so many years.

It is strange. All the seemingly staged shots with him next to the punching bag....slo-mo. Who records a Tiktok for something like that in a convenience store? I get the motivation...but seriously, this looks like it's all staged, while all the other TFF videos are of folks who've suffered losses already...much more believable. Mitch if you see this...come out with your own video about your own struggles.

My father died from emphysema, I've never heard him say "it's either eating or breathing, eating is a chore", this really hits me. The horrible coughing, the knocking out from a lack of air in the brain. Emphysema is terryfing.

This video is what did it for me. Smoker 25 years. Quit 3/23/23 🎉 I found this video early in my quit. I have two brothers ,one about to be married and baby, and our mother will not be there for it. Due to smoking. Just as this video says. This is raw crude real and necessary. I've watched it likely 1000 times and usually cry. Cry of frustration. Of How many ppl are like is. Sadly our story is not unqique. Kudos for this video and your entire site. I used TFf heavily in the beginning,bc my state quit website is horrible. I hope TFf knows they helped save a life. 3/23/23 not a puff woohoo. I thought I'd die w a cig ,just like my mom and grandma and here Geri. Thanks ❤
