Thumbs up! After reading some of the comments, I am baffled by some of the people whom seem to be proud to smoke cigarettes or dip tobacco. My uncle dale was one of them, saying that nobody gonna take his cigarettes away and he is gonna smoke until the day he dies. Be sure to put it on their epitome, "Here lies a proud smoker; death by choice: It's the American way to die."

Rest easy friend. The chances of developing mouth cancer from dip use is minuscule. Some studies show no increase risk. At worst, some studies show a 50% increase, but that only means that 4 out of every 100k people might develop mouth cancer from dip.

My husband quit after about 40 years of dipping Copenhagen. I had changed out our white sugar to alternative sugar, not artificial (he drinks a gal of tea a day which contained almost a cup of sugar). Sugar can cause cravings. A few months before he decided to quit he had been prescribed 100 mg of Sertaline to help him stay calmer in stress situations. I believe the combo of the 2 had something to do with it. One day he just quit, didn't even say anything to me until the next day when he called and asked me to pray for him, which I do everyday. It is possible with God. Just pray and put it down.
