Hello, According to the list of languages by the number of native speakers on Wikipedia, Turkey ranks 11th. Despite this, it is quite surprising that Turkish is not included in Google's automatic translation options. This situation is detrimental as it prevents channels that create great works on leather craftsmanship and publish educational videos, like yours, from reaching wider audiences. It also makes it difficult for Turkish-speaking viewers to access quality content. I would like to present a critical approach to Google's omission of Turkish. Fortunately, through some research, I found that there are some translation apps available on Google Play Store. For now, I'm finding solutions using these apps, but I believe Google should review and correct this situation. Thank you very much for the content you publish on your channel. Tokolone or Elmer's glue? Your video had a great impact. It would be great if you could release a new video on this topic, providing a space for updates and experiments to find the right and perfect mix, with material lists and preparation recipes, like a beautiful breakfast that everyone can make at home, for all those who are passionate about leather art around the world. Sincerely, Edit: While writing this comment, I was going to send it under one of your old videos, but later I decided to write it under the most recent video you published. I saw that you added different languages using Google's voice track feature in the settings. If it's not too difficult for you, could you please add the Turkish option to the content you publish from now on, if available?

Overlapped look ugly, must be on the same level, so the solution is to make decline cuttings in angle and combine the edges, in that matters will be overlapped but on same level all structure and very solid

Blender, add a quarter of a tealight candle (or beeswax), half to 3/4 teaspoon of 1000cs silicone oil, about a kidney bean's worth of pine resin, and -optionally- a teensy tiny bit of titanium white powder (about an unpopped popcorn kernel's worth) as an abrasive/polishing agent. Throw in a bottle of Elmer's. Blend until all the wax and resin are gone and in full suspension, possibly adding water (by the half-teaspoon) as needed - to achieve a drip-free, string-free consistency. Try out, add more silicone, wax, and/or resin, and blend again if you want different properties. Should work just as well as the storebought stuff. 😉 (All based on crafts/engineering/vhemistry/physics/tinkering experience, not actually on any sort of recipe.)

Thank You. This video was SOLID. Fortunately, I inuitively knew most of what you told me, but the information that you gave was important for everyone. The number one rule that I learned in every Trade that I've been part of, NEVER EVER EVER skimp on Tools or on Materials. Good Tools and Materials always help the craftwork look better. No matter the Craftpersons skill level. It's hard to learn any craft using junky tools or inferior materials. maybe down the line I, or anyone else, can try using cheaper stuff, but doing that in the beginning makes work complicated.

Thank You for your advice to just start making stuff, and improve with each project. Not only am I just getting started doing that, but I am watching the heck out of other crafters on KZbin. That's always been the fastest way for me to get better. You are definitely on my playlist now. I really like your demeanor. My favorite guy, currently, is Chuck Dorset with Weaver Leather.

On a more serious note, I'm just starting out, picking up my very first equipment. I don't really care if I struggle more with cheap alternatives, but I absolutely care if the holes look better with more expensive tools. Handmade leather products are absolute premium products, and no one cares if I'm a beginner, no client should be left with crappy stitching just because I wanted to save a couple hundred bucks.

Why is everyone so freaked out over saying bump ji…. (Ahem)…. I noticed that recently on a couple other crafter’s videos I have seen as well. I know where the term came from, bourbon dude, but I’m guessing I missed some kind of suit or something…. ANYWAYS, GREAT videos! Only seen a couple as I type this, but hitting that subscribe button as soon as I hit send…. Cheers from Florida!

How do you get your leather? Is there a supplier local to you that you go through or is it self-harvested, and tanned or is there a website you use?

Hey! I'm not even sure you'll see this comment, but I just got into leather working myself and I came across you channel about a month ago. You videos have really helped me out, and then I noticed your last upload was 5 moths ago, and I was immediately saddened because you make great (and helpful!) content! I was really hoping you'd be able to continue to do so. Then today to my surprise I saw a recent upload, and clicked on it so fast! Keep it up, glad to see you back! :)

Where I get into trouble is when you have threaded thread made out of 3 smaller threads. With the sale stitch I sometimes accidently put the needle through the thread instead of alongside of it. This disentagles the waxed thread. It can be saved, but only 3 times or so before it becomes an issue to keep using it. I have absolutely no clue how to prevent this from happening. Anyone?
