Yeah i bent the bracket and changed the angle so the broken piece lines up with the switch. I have more videos and let me know if you have more questions

The hose coming from the actuator over towards the driver's side hooks to the top port in the control valve. The bottom hose goes over to the passenger side direction

@@robichaux180 Saturday a tech will try, other option offered was to access it from under the engine, since 2007 no problems, but the ac compressor rebuilt 2 times.

It's behind the passenger side panel inside above the wheel well. There's no access panel you have to remove the passenger side panel to get to it

You need to color of the wiring for the amp or you're looking for the color of the amp itself?

Is there a way that I can send you a link or email or text you a screenshot I've got a factory list of the two connectors and what each pin goes to so you can match that up with your connector in your car and then just see what color wiring is coming out of that pin on the connector and you'll know. Yes you can buy the switch through Mazda but it's much cheaper onlineI found mine by searching throttle position switch or throttle sensor throttle position sensor you'll end up getting the one for the man the throttle body pop up as well but I definitely was able to find a few sources for it by searching throttle sensor for 07 CX-7 that's what mine was but it's probably the same switch for yours? If you can't find it let me know and I will find it and send you a link okay

It's a throttle sensor PN L3K9189B1

There'sthrottle position sensor that's a different part sometimes when you look them up online if you look up a throttle position sensor that when will come up but I guess it's the one you're looking for is the throttle sensor

@@dant3113 yeah if that doesn't fix it it may be the intake manifold runner control itself.I would probably have to talk to you in person to kind of walk you through that one I can give you my email or my cell phone number some how. I've made some videos how to rig it to work so you don't have to replace the entire intake manifold. But I'm terrible at making videos. It's in like 6 parts and I don't know how to combine them to make just 1 video

@@richieparrish7101 oh thanks that would be awesome. So I thought the Intake manifold runner valve was the control. If it's not then is the control located withing the same area as the valve you replaced in your video? Yea it would be awesome if you could walk me through it.

@@dant3113 know if you follow the vacuum line from the valve in the videoit connects to a diaphragm on the driver side of the motor. That diaphragm has a rod that comes out of it that pushes and pulls a little lever that hits a switch that sends a signal to the computer. So the problem can be the bow by replaced in the video the diaphragm, or a little switch beneath the diaphragm. The valve in this video is the simplest fix, but if it's still throwing the same code after you replace it, then you need to test the diaphragm. And look at the lever that opens and closes the intake runners. There's a little piece of plastic on the arm that can break off and cause this code as well. Here's my cell (four 8 oh too 17 5two3 five)

There should be several rubber or plastic plugs/bungs in the firewall. Just remove one of those. What side is the battery on?

Richie parrish Thanks a lot! The battery is on the left side but There is not enough space (inside) below the globe box (left side) due to the cabin air filter assembly! I assume I have to get the wire thru the driver side (side)! Thinking of around clutch area plate as mine is automatic! Thanks

Perfect! You def. Want to try to go through a grommet or use one so it doesn't end up resting on metal. The rest is fairly easy. all the plastic trim along the door jams pop up easy and have spare room them go under the back seat. I Had to hook up a line converter to my stock stereo so I could have some RCA outputs. That was the most time consuming part. I've hooked up 2 different (CHEAP!) line converters and with both I haven't been able to control my subwoofer volume from my stereo so I'm still trying to work that out.... But yeah I've done a ton of repairs on this car as well. I've tried to post videos on them. But if you have ANY CX-7 questions or vintage air cooled VW questions feel free to ask. [email protected]

@@aamosharma1 yeah my battery and pedals (automatic) are on the left. I just went and checked and I ran mine through the same grommet/hole that my main wiring harness comes through just so ya know.

I'm sorry I just saw your question but I don't know if everything is exactly the same but it should be very similar. Is the 3 speed a 2.3L turbo? I want to say when I was looking at replacement parts that the 3 speed has 2 if those actuators but they are both right next to eachother.
