It works because there is a high likelihood of water under ground. That's all. Water exists underground...all the rest is snake oil

They do work and what makes them work is not just the wires themselves but your body has a conductor between your body and the wires and earth itself is how they perform to find any electrical current or water and it's normally running water. But yes they do work

My dad taught me how to use them back in the 70s, he said that they reacted to magnetic distortions caused by water and metal. I have successfully found wiring and metal pipes buried in the ground. 😊👍

People always dismiss this, saying you subconciously twist the sticks yourself where you expect to find water. Thing is, the whole method relies on holding the rods in a way that you *can't* twist them yourself. They're literally just resting on top, with a thin wire going down into your palm for balance. If you can twist the rods yourself, you arent holding then right. That said, no - this isn't a "reliable" way to find water. It is, however, surprisingly accurate if you're trying to locate old water pipes that your grandfather laid down 30 years before you were born lol

Used many times as a plumber for a major university to find underground water mains / lines. Even had skeptics try and it works. It’s a trip.

I’m really glad you did this test because I bought one a few weeks ago for my tools because my old toolbox was in the bed of my truck and it rained and everything rusted. I’m definitely thinking about buying the bigger cases to hold more. I’m actually surprised how decent these cases are. I’ve accidentally sent mine 20 feet down the sidewalk and it barely scratched it. The foam inserts I wish were split down the middle as well so I can have multiple layers for my drills but overall it’s not bad. They are pretty cheap too.

Skeptical? Big oil and big miners all use water witchers which the term I’m using is inclusive of metals and what have you. You can literally go read from the companies themselves

Dowsing rods work best during a waning Aquarius moon right before a good rainfall. And if you, for even a moment, thought there was ANY truth to the nonsense you just read, you need to work on your critical thinking skills and skepticism ASAP.

Haha, I buried my 7lb Chihuahua in an Apache 3800 a few days ago in my yard with photos of him and a short description of when he lived and with who. If he's ever found in 30 years they'll know who he was, looked like, his owners, and when he lived. He'll probably be well preserved also. My little Ziggy is in heaven now. Apache Coffin 3800!

I know from experience that they work. But as others have doubtless said already, what you are doing is not a test. It is a confirmation. It has the potential to be directed by the dowser. Tipping the vertical, held, section of rod up and down makes the rods swing.
