I would recommend using 600, 1200 or 1500, 2000, and 3000 girt and hand sand starting with little pressure on the lower grits and increase the pressure as you go up and use chemical guys scratch remover and polish and it would come out perfect every time

Thanks for the tips! As bad as my headlights are, I don’t think starting at 12 or 1500 would work too well or it would probably take forever.

Most of the cracks are beneath the surface.

I also wondered that, but there was some improvement in it. I think I will try it again just to see if I can clear up more of it.
