Könnte man nicht den Nagel beim Formen des Kunststoffkegels mit diesem direkt verbinden. Also, wenn der Kunststoff heiß und plastisch ist.

Hallo Shol ́va RIchthys Das Wichtige ist die Halterung für das Plastik, wenn Du die mal hast kannst Du loslegen. Die Hitzequelle ist zweitrangig. Du kannst das über einer Herdflamme erhitzen oder mit einem kleinen Gasbrenner (Bunsenbrenner) Achte dabei auf den Abstand zur Flamme und erhitze immer von unten. Die von der Flamme erhitzte Luft steigt nach oben Du musst also nur den richtigen Abstand finden damit die Halterung bzw das Plastik nicht überhitzt wird und etwas Geduld haben. Wende die Halterung dabei regelmässig so dass Du von beiden Seiten Wärme zuführst. Du siehst ob das Plastik gleichmässig erhitzt ist, es "verliert" Farbe und wird leicht durchsichtig wenn es heiss wird. Sehr wichtig !! ist die Plastiksorte, Du findest bei mir einen Video wo ich mich breit über das Thema ausgelassen habe. Guten Erfolg

Super Video, toll wie Du nicht nur handwerkliches Geschick sondern auch das Talent zur Improvisation einbringst. Ich sollte Beides auch besitzen, jedoch keinen heißluft-Fön... Hast Du, wenngleich das Video auch vor vielen Jahren erstellt wurde, vielleicht eine Idee wie ich diesen ersetzen könnte, um dennoch ein möglichst gleichmäßiges Erhitzen und damit nahezu identische Kone erschaffen kann? Einfach ein Feuer drunterhalten... ich weiß ja nicht. Schwierig ohne Technik/Strom das so hinzubekommen denke ich, würde mich über Ideen freuen. Vielen Dank für die Inspiration und frohes Basteln weiterhin! ;)

You are the first person that makes a modern day dart very well. nice job. I still use a paper cone but have a process similar to yours. 95% of the blow gun videos are very bad ... these folks will really never know what a BG is capable of. Again very nice video. You treat your GB dart making like a good reloader does for his target ammo ... and that is what it should be. congrats again !

this is "the other level" people thik of but so few achieve. i am one of the ones that didnt go through enough process and i surely know nothing about vacuum forming.the lengths you went for the point is amazing....i been experimenting for weeks and you did it sir. respect to you.
