You are the first person that makes a modern day dart very well. nice job. I still use a paper cone but have a process similar to yours. 95% of the blow gun videos are very bad ... these folks will really never know what a BG is capable of. Again very nice video. You treat your GB dart making like a good reloader does for his target ammo ... and that is what it should be. congrats again !

What really impresses me is that he created a Vacuum Forming Machine using homemade part's and can also use old plastic to make his dart's!

this is "the other level" people thik of but so few achieve. i am one of the ones that didnt go through enough process and i surely know nothing about vacuum forming.the lengths you went for the point is amazing....i been experimenting for weeks and you did it sir. respect to you.

Hallo Jürgen, danke für die Infos. Ja Du nimmst das ja auch um die Löcher in Deine Dartschäfte zu Bohren, find ich echt genial. Ich hab gesehen Du sitzt in Spanien, ich hab hier auf einem Messermachertreffen einen Messermacher aus Portugal mit dem BG-Virus angesteckt und wir haben getausch, er hat mich dann noch eingeladen Ihn zu besuchen, ich denk das werd ich Ende des Jahres mal machen und mir mal die Algave anschauen. Hallo Michel Habe gerade Deinen Video angeschaut wie Du die Spitzen fabrizierst. Ich benütze übrigens die selbe mit dem Aufbohren bei den Pfeilen für meinen Bogen. Dort setzt ich dann 5mm Rundmaterial ein. Das Material für die Folienhalter ist Hartpressplatte, 8mm dick. Ich hab das Zeug schon im Baumarkt gesehen weiss aber nicht wie es genannt wird. Bei uns kommt es oft in der Fabrik als Verpackungsmaterial. Ich denke Du kannst da ruhig auch Presskarton verwenden Gruß Jürgen

@@ETERNALTEXAN there is no problem with fumes from the HDPE, you don't fill your lungs only your mauth. Bud don't make the vacuum on the part which was the inside of the container because there it can be "tasty" ☺️

Hi, ich mal wieder. Danke für die Idee des Bohrers, hab ihn etwas umgewandelt, Film des Prototypen bei mir. Das Ganze gibt es jetzt auch in schön, Film folgt bald. Was verwendest Du genau als Material für die Folienhalter? Wäre interessant, da ich das Vacuumziehen demnächst mal testen will. Gruß Michel

Vielleicht kann ich mich mal aufraffen den leuten ein paar fotos zu senden. bin halt´n bisschen faul. irgendwann stelle ich einen neuen video hier rein, ich habe die sache inzwieschen vereinfacht und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem ergebniss. ist halt viel arbeit einen anständigen video zu machen. irgendwann.... La cantidad de aire que evacuas es minima y lo haces solo con la boca y expulsas por la nariz. Lo que es aconsejable es usar lo que era el lado exterior del envase sobre todo si era de detergente etcétera, sino queda un sabor jabonoso en la boca. Un saludo
