The 2nd and 3rd gen Rams are some of the best built trucks in my opinion, the 2nd gens especially old school drive train and a modern body. May not make a lot of power but they are reliable. At least in my experience any way

These are seen as so terribly impractical here in the states, the only people who own them are people who need to pull heavy loads, and don't want the specialty repairs and poor emissions equipment reliability that comes with a diesel. And rich guys who want a big loud truck to make some noise with too haha

One of my friends in high school had one of these. A 1997 dually club cab. Got 9 MPG on a good day lol. It did have fat stacks of torque though.

I had a 1994 Mustang GT convertible with 5.0 and automatic. It was a dog. The computer wouldnt let the engine rev past 4,000 rpms. I wished it was a 5spd like the one in this show !!

You're right, it's a magnum v8 with 2 extra cyls. Cast iron block. Viper was also a v10 around 8.0L but it was aluminum, and nearly no parts are interchangable.
