These are seen as so terribly impractical here in the states, the only people who own them are people who need to pull heavy loads, and don't want the specialty repairs and poor emissions equipment reliability that comes with a diesel. And rich guys who want a big loud truck to make some noise with too haha

I used to have a Dodge Ram 1500 with the 318 Magnum, or 5.2 Magnum; and that was a really nice truck with plenty of power for its time. I’m a Ford guy but for a few years there Dodge had it all over Ford and GM! Finding a good V10 truck now can be difficult because it was outsold by the Cummins diesel
