I don't disagree with you, but it is really coincidental that all those incidents happened AFTER people went into the house. Maybe something about the house did cause these life altering events. I haven't watched GA much since 2014ish and I thought he always used protection from mold and dust. You gotta admit the inspector having organ failure AFTER going to the house is interesting. To be fair, Exploring with Josh used to mostly just explore abandoned locations. He was kind of new to paranormal/haunted investigating and I would guess that he probably tried to shift away from it as he realized everyone he teamed up with to learn things are actually mostly people who fake content. His exploring abandoned places videos are very respectful of the locations and even I was disappointed in some of the people he was learning off of to do paranormal videos. If you watch his demeanor in those videos compared to his exploring videos, you can tell at times his joy is more forced and not as truely happy as his exploring ones.

Regarding police they would not be coming with lights and sirens for trespassing. At least by my time in the emergency services. 👩🏼‍🚒 🚒

This feels no different from what happened to MindSeed TV where they rented out an AirB&B and did not say where the house was but went into how it was haunted and in the end the debunking community found the place; I believe SEG and his call out to the community fount it, and he reached out to the former owner (it was sold) and but at the time there was a clause that no paranormal video creation was allowed. It was found by the owner to be rented as a stop on the way to another state, which allowed the rental. The place was not ever listed, known to be, or, reported as haunted. So by the end of all of this legal action was taken but of course, I don't know the result of this as that is their problem. :) Thanks for the video Beardo "Keep it rolling Sir."
