Hi! I don’t have trouble writing in A6 because I’ve always used smaller planners but it is different from person to person. I highly recommend printing out inserts in the sizes you are deciding between to see if they work for you :) I offer free printables on my website planwithbee.com thst you can test out. I too am really into stationary and planning. Lately I'm using an a9 3 ring planner which works perfectly for me. It fits nicely into my purse. I keep mine simple too. I have tried all the decorating but have come back to a pen and highlighers. I love your layout ❤

Revisiting this video as I change from a Classic to a Half Letter for the first time ever. I have always used a classic planner and let's just say that creating stuff for the half letter is soooo easy. So now I want an inbox section but have no clue what to put in it. So I personally haven’t used my iXpand now in a while and I never used it for music, so I can’t say if it does. I think it can but you’d have to look into that more because I’m not 100% sure. 😊

Aww thank you SO MUCH! 😊 So the exact iPad case I show I bought many years ago and it was linked in my Amazon store front under tech stuff. But, unfortunately, it looks like Amazon no longer has the exact one and it was removed from my list due to that. So many great ideas here to appeal to different planning needs and styles! Although my hubs and I both own multiple Apple devices, he has never made use of iCal. Like you, we have a family calendar on our fridge. Since we also use it for memory keeping, we use a spiral-bound calendar with appealing images (usually photos of national parks). At the beginning of the year, I write birthdays, anniversaries, and other important events and reminders. We update the calendar throughout the year with appointments, reference items, and reminders such as when was the last time we treated our pets for ticks and fleas and when is it time to schedule our next annual physical. We even jot down hikes/bike rides that we’ve taken and note certain purchases. We add fun things, too, such as “first snow” or “first lawn mowing of the year” or “Saw a baby skunk in the orchard.” 😂 Bee, thanks for sharing with us. I’ve purchased from your shop and appreciate your willingness to customize an insert to fit my planner. I also enjoy your many freebies! ❤

I love using reminders (on apple) - especially since I can set an alarm to remind myself to do something. When I am walking, I think of so much and I love just verbally telling Siri the task and time I need to do it. I use the iCal for things like Hair Appts, Dr and Dentist appointments (with an alarm the day before - in case I need to reschedule without a fee). I am do use paper calendars every day. ❤. How do you message yourself as “Bee’s Inbox”. Do you change it in contacts? I’ve started doing that and I would love to rename it Patty‘s inbox or something more interesting. But I don’t know how to do it. Thank you for sharing your system. I’ve always wondered how you get all that stuff to work together. Thank you for the tip at the end about what to do when you are just starting out or overwhelmed.

Hi Patty! Thanks so much for watching and your kind words! 😊 So to change the name you actually just go into contacts and type it into the “nickname” line! At least that’s what you do on an iPhone. You can keep your name normal in your phone but just label the nickname line with whatever you want it to be called. Then you can tell Siri as well to “text patty’s inbox” and it’ll send it to you! 😊

I am more apt to check my text messages than any place else the next day.

This makes me tempted to switch over to my Moterm Luxe Personal... I'm currently in a Traveler's Notebook system and some of it works for me but the Ringed Planner looks more forgiving in positioning of inserts/layouts. Question! How do you store inserts you want to keep once finished?

I love rings for that reason! So customizable + easy to switch it up to fit your life! Good question- I don’t feel the need to save too much but the inserts I do save go into another planner the same size for referencing. I also have loose binder rings (I have different ones linked in my Amazon storefront) that I have also used to hold together the fits of a planner once it was out of a cover before. I usually use clear plastic or cardstock to make covers to protect it then put the inserts inside. :) also if you want an extra planner to put old inserts in since personal is a popular size, stores like Michael’s, popshelf, hobby lobby, etc have cheap ringbound planners. Could always use one just for reference inserts to store. :) If you go to my Instagram @_planwithbee_ I have a highlights button titled “tips” and somewhere in there is a photo of how I used the loose rings to hold a planner together! :) Hope this helps! 😊

Hi there! The LV PM agenda cover was a gift to me. My mom purchased it pre-loved but I’m not sure what site she found the seller thru. There are a few that I know of that sell pre-loved items and even authenticate many of them. I know you can also find them on poshmark, mercari, etc. :)

Hi! Welcome to the community! 💜 Are you trying to shrink down a full letter sized paper to fit into your personal planner? Or are you trying to print inserts for personal sized? If it is inserts, you’d want to purchase or download freebies that are personal size. They are created to fit in a personal size planner so when you print at actual size it’ll print to fit in personal. If you are trying to scale down a document that is letter size to fit into a personal size planner, you’d scale it to about 44% (if my calculations are correct) but this is going to make everything on the page much smaller and since the proportions of a letter sized page is different than those of a personal size page, you’ll end up with lots of excess margin space bc it’s not actually created as personal size if that makes sense. Hope this helps! :)

I love your little tiny planner!! Your size up to 105% when printing is so smart. I don't want to reprint my entire setup but will totally use this on some dashboards. Not being able to use a normal sticky note is my only downside. I usually place them sideways and fold them in half lol. I will have to try the weekly overview! Loved the flip! xx
