@@tokyosobakitchen--2053 I was worried to have a noodle cutting big knife and looked other ways to do with that of a Chef Knife or a Cleaver knife and I am watching daily and suddenly I came here that you explained the same on Noodle cutting knife and for my surprise you also explained the same method using regular kitchen knife and this totally changed my perception! I Thankyou a ton for this mam!👍 I watched Kalguksu cutting method but its unorganized and I wanted it in an organized way and you explained it in the same organized cutting way with a simple kitchen knife! You are Great and Awesome Mam!💐
I don't know much japanese, I hope you can answer my comment in English. Can I let the soba rest after cutting? Or must I cook it immediately? ありがとう 私は日本語をあまり知りませんので、私のコメントに英語で答えていただけると幸いです。 そばを切った後、休ませてもいいのでしょうか?それともすぐに茹でなければならないのでしょうか?

Thank you for the comment. I recommend to eat Soba noodles immediately. If you put the Soba noodles in a container and put them in fridge, you can keep it for 2 to 3 days. Enjoy:)

You are very welcome! When you boil the soba noodles, the soba will get soggy soon.
