Just did it and got a lot of angry energy out. The US life and climate of the people are horrific right now. We need a break and some joy...not sure it is on the horizon, but at least I was able to expel some bad mojo through this workout. Always a fave.

❤❤❤ stumbled upon this HIIT this morning and holy cow did I need it. The song choices were perfect for the vibe and definitely cathartic AF. April will be two years since I lost my dad insanely suddenly, I’ve been struggling daily ever since then, gave up on working out for awhile, I’ve been dealing with my own health issues since November and am just getting back into working out and then found out last week my mom has breast cancer. To say it’s been a rollercoaster ride is an understatement but your videos have gotten me thru so many dark times. I did your anger management kick boxing video on Father’s Day and boy did it HELP. I hope this community helps and lifts you up during the dark times in your life the way you do for us ❤

I like this workout, thank you. I need something to help me get back into fitness and also, something sustainable as I do have some slight disabilities. This is easy to follow. I enjoy that you’re not yelling and don’t have the music too loud. I feel overwhelmed when the instructor is too loud and the music is too loud as well. I will be keeping up with your channel.
