That was very hard. I had to take small breaks now and then. Probably not the best idea to do this after a Pilates workout 😅 my goal is to be able to do the whole thing without any breaks. Abs are tough but I will get there :)

Same. I have to take a few breaks. I did a standing ab workout and I walked on the treadmill earlier before doing this buster. This is way too much for me right now.

I have scoliosis and while doing the deep hips and the scissor legs, my lower back hurts immensely. My previous pilates teacher said it was because I was not using my core strong enough, but I think now I am, and it still hurts. Anyone has any tips?

My abs are so weak and I hate doing ab workouts but this seems lot more doable and less scary!
