I think I have a case against DCF my children were taken away in April and since then my children have been abused and neglected by case managers and Foster Care also neglected one of the foster mother's fails to file a change of placement and just dropped my son off at a shelter my case manager didn't know where my son was

What do I do when them system stole my babies and said that it was because the government shutdown from COVID they done a closed adoption on my kids I haven't heard or seen them since 2020???

DONT listen to this woman, my brothers were taken away based on a removal order. The social worker was corrupt and so were my private attorneys. Not bogo but Privately hired. The removal order is only for 72 hours. The private attorneys told me not to go to the given court date because they wanted to have the kids taken away in order to be paid more. If they removed the kids from a safe environment without giving them to a family member for more than the 72 hours you can sue them at a federal court. The courts are from the state but NOT from the federal courts, the federal courts are above them. I fired my private attorneys because they didn’t want to show up and I went with the bogo attorneys who informed me that they were told that the removal order was given 24 hours ago and not 72 hours ago. Essentially the social worker lied about taking them for only 24 hours with a new removal order and we showed them the original removal order we were given the day they were taken. Immediately the bogo lawyers called for an emergency court meeting and we were given my brothers. The system is corrupt know your rights!

What if they take your kid out the home because the grandparent has a disability? And they assume the grandparent is peeing on the floor and some flies got in the house? My son was taken because of that i never abused him. I don't do drugs or alcohol

Also, my DCF worker was texting my 13-year-old son very inappropriate messages without my consent or knowledge. Any allegations of abuse or neglect or unsupported with my son and about a year later she was texting him. She also never told me or sent any information to me that supported allegations against my daughter for neglect. it wasn’t until 10 months later that I became aware of this. And she never got collaterals at all during the entire time she was seeing myself and my daughter. I just know everything that I’ve been dealing with in terms of DCF and Massachusetts it’s a huge problem and a lotof mistakes on their part. Should I contact an attorney?

I live in Massachusetts and DCF records were requested by my sons father in probate court. His attorney and him both looked at the entire DCF records, which had to do with me my daughter and her father and my son‘s father is not the same father as my daughter. DCF did not redact any information pertaining to my daughter and her father. And that allegations that my son’s father was saying to the court as to why DCF was in my life were totally false and I told the court that and the records do reflect what I said now what he said. So not only is my son’s father lying in court but DCF has not done their job correctly by sending over the entire file of other people not even involved in this probate court case. What do I do?

The Family Court didn't care. They put my children with their father who used them to get rid of me. Courts are as bad as CPS.

This all started when I went to stay at a friends house, and he and his wife were having some issues. The father of the kids mother called in a report saying her son, the kids father, was a lack, and couldn’t take care of himself or his kid, and that the new wife, was a lack, and was co-signing his bad behavior. I was there, so I spoke directly to DCF and got that case closed. But again... they knew me. Fast forward, a few months later, her and JOE started having serious problems in the relationship. He was aggressive, controlling, nasty, and greedy as he removed all the families cash and canceled all the services. Sat forward to a few months later, he was now removed, the kid was healthy and happy, she moved on with her life, and JOE began calling places on us. DCF came to our house knowing my girlfriend was above board. Clean home, safe dynamic, two sane people watching a couple kids no different than any other normal American household. Free Americans right? Wrong. Guess what they did? DCF came back to the apartment and forced in the door. I was in the shower as they searched our house for god knows what, and my question is, what ever happened to protecting victims. He was obviously using reprisals, but the agency didn’t care not one bit. So even after barging in suddenly to surprise us presumably to CATCH US in some kind of wrong action, and instead opened a case FOR NO APPARENT REASON. A year later THEY CLOSED IT. So you’d think that a clean healthy track record would help you in a custody case? Right? Makes sense, since he was the aggressor and bad guy she’s just trying to survive it all. Nope. We were gas lit again. Even though they knew us they still kept coming out to harass us. Never had a bad word exchanged between us and DCF either.🤢🙏I wanna sue.
