What You Need to know about DCF Records and Family Court

I live in Massachusetts and DCF records were requested by my sons father in probate court. His attorney and him both looked at the entire DCF records, which had to do with me my daughter and her father and my son‘s father is not the same father as my daughter. DCF did not redact any information pertaining to my daughter and her father. And that allegations that my son’s father was saying to the court as to why DCF was in my life were totally false and I told the court that and the records do reflect what I said now what he said. So not only is my son’s father lying in court but DCF has not done their job correctly by sending over the entire file of other people not even involved in this probate court case. What do I do?

Also, my DCF worker was texting my 13-year-old son very inappropriate messages without my consent or knowledge. Any allegations of abuse or neglect or unsupported with my son and about a year later she was texting him. She also never told me or sent any information to me that supported allegations against my daughter for neglect. it wasn’t until 10 months later that I became aware of this. And she never got collaterals at all during the entire time she was seeing myself and my daughter. I just know everything that I’ve been dealing with in terms of DCF and Massachusetts it’s a huge problem and a lotof mistakes on their part. Should I contact an attorney?
